of employees in BSI have a university level education with at least three
years of experience in business computer systems, while the heads of the
departments all have postgraduate degrees in computer engineering. Staff available for R&D activities BSI currently employs 19 software engineers and project managers (this figure excludes the personnel of BSI Netherlands and BSI China).
